Guten Tag! Oktoberfeast is upon us, and who doesn’t like beer, brats and bands? Join Legacy Hall in our 1st FOUR-day Oktoberfeast Beer and Music Festival September 27th – 30th!

This wunderbar weekend will include:

Thursday, September 27: Barrel-Aged Stout Release Party and Music from Brave Combo
To kick off Oktoberfeast, Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. will be tapping into its brand new brew– The Barrel-Aged Black Sheep Stout.This first-of-a-series stout is barrel aged for three months with flaked oats and malts to create a rich and creamy mouthfeel with roast, chocolate, coffee and caramel flavors. Guests interested in a true German-inspired experience can purchase a limited edition, souvenir beer stein for $9 to refill with their favorite beer throughout the weekend. Beer tapping begins at 7 p.m. and Grammy Award winning polka band Brave Combo takes the Lexus Box Garden stage at 9 p.m. for a free general admission concert.

Friday, September 28: Brewery Tours, Beer Steins and Music from Frank Ray
Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. will be extending their brewery tour hours to give guests a sneak peek at how their beer is made with some belly laughs included during the comedian-lead brewery tours (first-come, first-served basis).Beer lovers can also get their hands on a souvenir beer stein ($9) in advance of the weekend’s festivities. The evening concludes with a performance by Frank Ray, a local country music crooner and former policeman named “one of 10 artists you need to know” by Rolling Stone. Hourly brewery tours will be held at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Frank Ray takes the Lexus Box Garden stage at 9 p.m. This general admission event is FREE to attend.

Saturday, September 29: Steinholding & Hot Dog Eating Competition, Plus a Free Show from Dawn & Hawkes
The day begins with behind-the-scenes tours of Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. starting at 12 p.m.(first-come, first-served basis). At 2 p.m. the Hot Dog Eating Contest sponsored by Degenhardt’s Brat Haus will begin. Advance registration is required online. Competitors will take the stage at Lexus Box Garden to determine who’s the hungriest. Then at 5 p.m., drinking fans can flex their muscles and compete in the Unlawful Assembly Steinholding Championship on the Lexus Box Garden stage. Advance registration is required online. Souvenir beer steins will be available all day for $9 while supplies last. Authentic German live music enhances the festival’s ambiance beginning at 3 p.m. and acoustic guitar duo Dawn & Hawkes perform onstage at 9 p.m. This general admission event is FREE to attend.

Sunday, September 30: Family Fun Day and NFL Watching Party
Bring the kids for fun family activities including face painting and photo booths in the Lexus Box Garden, as well as German-inspired family entertainment performing throughout the day. Hourly tours of Unlawful Assembly Brewing Co. will be held beginning at 12 p.m. (first-come, first-served basis). Sport fans can enjoy NFL action on the big screen in the Lexus Box Garden with Cowboys v. Lions at 12 p.m. and Raven v. Steelers at 7:30 p.m. Seating is first-come, first-served for this FREE event.
