Bare Bones Shakespeare presents a new twist on an old favorite. A fairy king and fairy queen get into a lover’s spat and cause the coldest summer Athens has seen in centuries. Actors meet to rehearse Shakespeare in the Park, lovers run to and from each other, all expecting a warm midsummer night… but when the weather turns for the worst, even magical donkey fur isn’t enough to keep everyone warm and safe.
