Join us for our annual Egg Hunt and Spring Festival on the historic grounds Farrell-Wilson farm. The event will feature egg hunts for children 8 and under, house tours, wagon rides, face painting, baby animals, sheep shearing, weaving and spinning demonstrations, exhibits and much more.
We will have a baby animal photo booth so you can get up close and personal with baby chicks, lambs and bunnies. All proceeds will benefit our FFA Ammie Wilson Buyers Club that supports Plano FFA students. And visitors can meet Juliette and Stella who are the first breeding sheep on the farm since 1960.
There will also be a new and exciting exhibit in the Young House titled The Golden Age of Radio in Texas: from the humble crystal sets on the farm to the birth of the transistor at Texas Instruments. An amazing display of antique radios and memorabilia will be on display for all visitors.
$7 per child. Includes admission and egg hunt. You must register in advance to secure your egg hunt participation.
$5 for adults and guests ( no egg hunt)
Concessions and photo booth are charged separately. Cash and all credit cards accepted.
